Hi there! I’m available as a sounding board for students and early-career journalists. I’ve covered national politics professionally for a decade, including at Talking Points Memo and currently at HuffPost, as a reporter on the national desk. I can offer advice on entering the profession, doing the work, and building your career, particularly in digital news.
Kat can coach on leadership, management of news teams and projects, practical innovation and experimentation in newsrooms, project management, video and photo journalism.
